Remote Nutrition Plan
Weekly meal options to fuel your body, allow peak performance, and aid in recovery
You will receive guidance on how to hydrate and eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for each day of the week.
Meal options will provide you with enough fluids, calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat so you can perform your best on and off the ice.
The nutrition plan will come with an initial meeting with Kelly and regular communication.
1 initial 30-45 minute meeting to personalize your nutrition plan
Within the first month of a nutrition plan, Kelly will send 2 surveys to check in with you and make any adjustments. 1 survey will be sent in the middle of the first month and 1 at the end of the first month.
After your first month, Kelly will send you monthly (1) surveys to stay in touch and guide you to meet your nutrition goals.

Kelly Berg
Kelly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Chicagoland area with a decade of clinical food service experience in addition to clinical dietetics, nutrition research, and community involvement.
She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University. Currently, Kelly works as an Assistant Professor at UAB teaching future dietitians and running the department’s metabolic research kitchen.
