Looking for training in the Birmingham area? Our In Person Training Programs provide each one of our athletes with group training sessions. Located at the D1 training facility in Hoover AL, we offer In Person group workouts for our athletes, up to 6 times a week! While our Dietitian and Life Coach operate remotely through our app and video meetings.
