PRO In-Person Training Program (Hoover AL)
In Person Sports Performance:
Up to 6 workouts a week, located at D1 (Hoover)
Workouts will be ran by Modern Goaltending’s Performance Coach, Will Burgess
Communication with Modern Goaltending On-Ice coaches to help identify on ice strengths and weaknesses that can be improved by Strength and Conditioning

Remote Nutrition Plan: Lead by Modern Goaltending’s Dietitian Kelly Berg
Weekly meal options to fuel your body, allow peak performance, and aid in recovery
You will receive guidance on how to hydrate and eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for each day of the week.
Meal options will provide you with enough fluids, calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat so you can perform your best on and off the ice.
The nutrition plan will come with an initial meeting with Kelly and regular communication via the Everfit app and email surveys.
1 initial 30-45 minute meeting to personalize your nutrition plan
Within the first month of a nutrition plan, Kelly will send 2 surveys to check in with you and make any adjustments. 1 survey will be sent in the middle of the first month and 1 at the end of the first month.
After your first month, Kelly will send you monthly (1) surveys to stay in touch and guide you to meet your nutrition goals.
One-on-one nutrition counseling and education can be purchased at any time.

Two Remote video counseling sessions per month with Modern Goaltending Life Coach Chuck Thuss
Help the athlete’s personal struggles on and off the ice
Discussion with the athlete to help them better understand why they think the way they do.
Guide them through adversity and tough times off and on the ice
